The Thompsons | Noah is ONE!

Several times when I was pregnant people wanted to make sure that I knew how fast time was going to fly by. No matter how many times they say it, it will never sink into your head till you look back.  I have been spending a few hours last night and today going through most of the photos from the last year. Lets just say the box of tissues is not very full right now.

People are crazy to tell me “when you have your second child you will not take as many pictures as you have with your first” HA! We proved them wrong. I would love to narrate every photo for you, but will have to use your imagination for the sake of time. What ever you come up with is probably close to right.

After going through so many days and revisiting so many moments it makes me wish that every one could have the chance to capture those little moments. Ones like Abbee helping me give Noah his first bath, or when she was so sweetly kissing new born Noah on our bed, or even the day I found Abbee in Noah’s crib when they were supposed to be napping. The moments when he is day dreaming and does not notice I’m around but looks so peaceful, or when Joe is playing with him and he lights up, even the silly new face he just began to make. I will always wish for those days when he was little but always be able to look back and see how far he has come. Truly blessed to have such a wonderful husband and loving family to help show our kids the joys in life. Please take a moment to watch our little boy grow and see the love he already has for those around him. If these pictures have made you smile or brought you joy please feel welcome to leave a comment or share this with a friend.

    Dear Patience & Joe,
What beautiful pictures. As I look through all these photos I am so proud, happy and sad at the same time. I am so proud of you both! Your amazing parents! I am so happy to be able to share in the joy of watching Noah grow. I am so sad that I haven’t been able to give that precious boy a hug and a kiss yet. But I know that someday I will be able to. I want to thank you both for sharing these photos they are precious! We love you all so very much and look forward to the day that we can all get together.
Love Aunt Michelle & Uncle Gary

These are so wonderful, it’s really remarkable to see him grow so much in the first year! Definitely made me smile. Like all the photos you post on here, I scroll through them several times because they’re so great and I catch a new detail I hadn’t noticed before. Happy Birthday Noah!
